The Peninsula Bangkok invites guests to experience an Easter-inspired Afternoon Tea created by our talented Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Pelloie, who worked with world-famous Michelin-starred chefs at the finest restaurants around the world.
In light of the Easter holidays, this special themed Afternoon Tea includes special savouries and desserts such as Dark Chocolate Cream Egg; Chocolate Peanut Lemon Mousse Egg, Crab and Baby Pink Shrimp Finger sandwich with Sour Dough Toast Bread, as well as Plain Scone with Mango Jam, traditional Lemon Curd and Clotted Cream that are guaranteed to put Easter spirits on a plate.
All chocolate items are made from Valrohna chocolate, which is premium-quality French chocolate with a recipe customised for Peninsula's exclusive use.
This Easter-inspired Afternoon Tea set is available to bring delight to your afternoon for only a short period from 23 March – 1 April 2018 and served from 14:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs at the hotel’s lobby.
