Mei Jiang is delighted to welcome Chef Gordon Leung from Spring Moon Chinese restaurant at the legendary Peninsula Hong Kong as a Guest Chef to present his signature Cantonese dishes for lunch and dinner.

Guests will have the opportunity to delight in Chef Leung’s signature dishes such as Braised Half Duck stuffed with assorted Meat, Mushrooms, Beans and Salty Eggs, Pan-fried Abalone with supreme soy sauce, and Scrambled Eggs with shredded Shrimps, Crab Meat and Bean Sprouts, all cooked in a way that preserves their authenticity.

Validity: From 19 – 21 June 2017
Lunch: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm (a la carte menu)
Dinner: 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm (special set dinner)
Price: Dinner set menu starts from THB 4,888++ per person
Dress Code: Smart casual
