	Thai Yoga Massage
	Thai Yoga Massage follows ancient traditions, handed down through the ages. It incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep yogic stretching, breathing and rhythmic compressions. In a meditative manner using thumb, palm, forearm and foot pressure, your skilled therapist will stretch and manipulate pressure points and meridians to balance the flow of energy within the body, elongate the muscles and release deep-seated tension. The result is an enhanced sense of well-being, clarity and improved physical flexibility. (Loose garments are provided as no oil is used for this massage.)
	Freedom of Life - Oriental Life Dance
	This Peninsula Treatment Ceremony is a unique powerful massage with a dynamic, free-flowing joint release technique, which replaces stressful tension with immense calm and tranquility. The skin softening body scrub and cleansing facial with mind-clearing acupressure head massage lead into body-stretching polarity balancing. Body rocking, specific stretches and rotational movements ground and centre body and mind and the powerful free-flowing massage with hot stones and warm ESPA body oils de-stresses and calms. Experience the release of new energy, greater freedom of movement and the emotional empowering of your inner soul.
	Thai Inspired
	This traditional Massage using ESPA oil and warm herbal compresses containing an infusion of Thai herbs including Lemongrass, Organic Cumin, Kaffir Lime and Ginger releases tension, stress and blocked energy and soothes body and mind. Followed by an envelopment of Marine mud, Algae or Oshadi depending on your constitution, and an acupressure point head massage this treatment experience restores total balance and well-being.

The Treatment Experience
The ESPA salt and oil body scrub stimulates circulation and renews vigour before warm ESPA oils are poured onto the body and hot volcanic stones are used for the intensive body massage. Cool marble stones used on the forehead and scalp to refresh the skin and restore tonicity. Herbal concentrates blended with heated body masks of Oshadi clay, Marine Algae or Mud are smoothed on and the body cocooned in natural linens. The herbs and oils continue to penetrate deeply as the acupressure facial massage helps renew and revitalize the skin and ultimate peace of mind is achieved with a luxurious Ayurvedic Head massage.

	Pitta Pacifier
	In a state of high Pitta, stressed minds and bodies may be over active and agitated, and benefit from soothing, cooling and calming experience. Exotic ESPA body oils, Bhringaraj herbal concentrate and restorative plant extracts such as Palmarosa and Myrrh bring calm to agitated minds, reduce muscular tension; cool and soothe the skin.
	Kapha Stimulator
	In a state of Kapha the skin may be dull or oily; there is a tendency to puffiness and weight gain and negative reaction to humidity and damp. Balance is retrieved through purification and stimulation to improve energising circulation of the body. ESPA Detoxifying Body Oils are blended with Ashwaganda herbal concentrate and Marine Algae to clarify the skin, stimulate the circulation and mind and warm the body.
	Vata Comforter
	Dry skin, anxiety, hyper-activity and coldness are present when Vata is out of balance. Vata personality seeks warmth, nourishment, hydration, comfort and healing. Oshadi Clay, Marine muds and warming oils are blended with Brahmi, a concentrate of ancient Indian herbs to restore balance to the rational mind, peace to chronically stressed bodies and comfort to the skin.

ESPA AYURVEDIC INFLUENCE
A truly personal experience, each ceremony is created to meet the specific needs of the moment. Cultural echoes of ancient Ayurvedic traditions, healing disciplines and western practices are linked together to nurture and rebalance the body in times of change, pressure and stress. A tri-doshic herbal tea infusion and foot cleansing ritual begin the ceremony.

Purva Karma Four-hand Synchronised Massage

Paradise is achieved with an advanced combination of multiple stretching and rolling movements and long deep strokes using ESPA body oils enriched with Ayurvedic herbal concentrates, Bhringaraj, Ashwaganda or Brahmi. Polarity balancing and rocking movements ground and de-stress and the mind switches off as two therapists work in synchronized harmony. This treatment delivers the ultimate in tension releasing and nurturing to achieve mental and spiritual bliss.

Chakra Balancing With Volcanic Stones

Chakra balancing is an intensive total body experience. Skin brushing, exfoliation and a cleansing ESPA facial begin the treatment. Specific placement of volcanic stones on the energy centres and at vital energy points achieves new balance and grounding. A total body massage with ESPA blended aromatherapy oils and Ayurvedic Herbal concentrates are combined with the heat and pressure from the stones to result in rebalancing and re-energising. Tension is lifted with an acupressure head massage to calm and soothe the mind and spirit.

ESPA SPECIALITY TREATMENTS
These speciality treatments have been designed with specific targets in mind. Pre and Post-natal treatment is a luxury indulgence to aid in relaxation during this special time. To address other areas of concern are the Anti-cellulite Hip and Thigh and the Deep-cleansing Back Massage.

	Pre and Post-Natal Treatment
	This cherishing body treatment has been carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers to aid in relaxation and improving tonicity of the skin during this very special time. The treatment uses a natural Calendula infused oil, muds, creams and advanced massage techniques to safe areas. Indulgent, relaxing and nurturing.

Anti-cellulite Hip and Thigh

A specialised treatment to stimulate the circulation and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the hip and thigh areas which are prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. After exfoliation there follows a vigorous detoxifying massage and application of warm marine algae. Reflex pressure points on the feet are activated and lymphatic drainage massage is undertaken to the eye area gently helping to reduce puffiness and dark circles.

Deep-cleansing Back Massage

The back retains tension absorbed from stress in head, shoulders, neck, and spine. This area is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed and relaxed with a luxurious aromatherapy massage and marine Mud mask.
