Our available programmes:


Muay Thai Boxing Class at 10:00 am

Practice your movement, footwork, speed and eyesight with a fun yet healthy Thai boxing class. The world-renowned Thai boxing class called Muay Thai is one of the total body workouts that helps improve not only the cardiovascular system and muscles but also enhances the quick response of your senses.


Within 60 minutes with our certified trainer, you will learn and practice the basics of Thai boxing, thus filling your holiday with fitness and local touches.


The Thai boxing class is with the hotel’s compliments. Sports shoes and exercise outfits are recommended. 



Stretch for Stress Relief at 5:00 pm

To ensure our guests will truly enjoy a stress-free holiday, will enhance body strength and flexibility and improve blood circulation.



Sunrise Yoga by the River at 6:00 am

Deep breath of fresh air by joining a sunrise yoga session at Thiptara by Chao Phraya River, one of the most serene yoga venues in Bangkok.


Boot Camp Exercise at 5:00pm

Exercise is one of the four key elements for longevity and invigoration. The Peninsula Spa offers Boot Camp, which is a total body workout combining cardiovascular and strength training. At the class, you will have fun and of course sweat through the various exercises and movements, making it a healthy Wednesday.



Aquatic Exercise and Fun at 10:00 am
Morning pool exercises accompanied by upbeat music are a fun way to re-energise the body and mind for the week ahead. 


Herbs and Spices Appreciation Class at 4:00 pm

An inspiring tour of the Naturally Peninsula Garden where guests can learn about Thai herbs, the secret of traditional Thai cuisine.


Pilates at 5:00 pm

Control body movement through breathing technique to strengthen your core muscles and improve your balance.



Stretch For Stress Relief at 10:00 am

To ensure our guests will truly enjoy a stress-free holiday, our Fitness Centre invites you to a stretching class that will enhance body strength and flexibility and improve blood circulation to eliminate office syndrome and ease anxiety, making you resilient to stress.


Challenge Yourself and Stay Fit with HIIT at 5:00 pm

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or sprint interval training is form of interval training with a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense aerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.



Health & Harmony at 6:00 am 

Experience the activity will start with Sunrise Yoga by the river at the terrace of the Temple, which is situated at the riverfront. After your blood circulation and your muscles are activated and your mind is calmed by the 60-minute yoga class, you will be guided inside the Chinese Gong Wu Temple for spiritual uplifting and to be spiritually blessed. 


After spending a couple of minutes in the temple, you will be walked through the Princess Mother Memorial Park to enjoy the fresh air in the park and observe the reproduction of Princess Mother’s childhood home. 


The meeting point is in the front of the lobby at 5:50 am and we will return to the hotel around 7:30 am


Abdominal Class at 5:00 pm

A perfect body makes you feel more confident and look healthier. The Peninsula Spa invites you to work out to strengthen your abdominal area, and offers a complimentary Abdominal (Abs) Class focusing on an upper body workout to build the ab muscles, to help you stay fit and firm during your holiday.

The class will be conducted by our certified fitness instructor, ensuring that you will receive the maximum benefits from the workout and enjoy a fun and motivating time. This class is complimentary, and the number of participants is limited.



Aquatic Exercise in Style at 10:00 am

Aquatic Exercises that are great to improve muscle strength and stretching while in a relaxing pool environment.


Tennis Clinic at 5:00 pm

Get moving on the court and have some fun with our tennis instructor providing a casual tennis class where you can practice your backhand and forehand.
